Meredith and the staff have designed these Programs so that Graduates have a complete service program to take into their communities. All of these programs are provided at no charge to the populations they serve. Women Moving Through Breast Cancer is an 8-week program designed to give women a safe place where they can explore the connection between the health of their body, mind and spirit.  | SWEEP (Stillpoint Women Encouraging Empowerment Program ) serves women who are in shelters and other challenging life situations.
