What is essential to understand about how healing happens?
Your body is nourished or impaired by the quality of your thoughts, intentions, actions, attitudes and beliefs. These are all forms of energy that powerfully and directly influence the health of your emotional, physical and spiritual bodies.
Every day we are bombarded by those who blame, judge, speak or act in less that positive ways toward us, think negative thoughts or hold non-loving intentions against us. We may also reciprocate. The result is that many of these negative energies actually become lodged in the cells of our body. Then, if these negative influencers are not eliminated or substantially reduced, we get sick.
Further, our responses to painful experiences often produce negative emotions or reactions within our body that can be as mild as a simple headache to as radical as a heart attack.
The Solution – remove the source of the problem (negative energy) and replace it with life-enhancing (positive) energy. But this is not easy, because we are attached to our old patterns of behavior, thinking, and perceptions.
