Women Moving Through Breast Cancer
The Women Moving Through Breast Cancer Program is offered to any woman who has received a diagnosis of breast cancer.
Many women find that, even years after diagnosis and treatment, they are in need of healing from the emotional and spiritual effects of breast cancer. Whether you are currently undergoing treatment, have completed a course of treatment, or have been treated for breast cancer in the past, you may benefit from this program.
Through a series of 8 weekly small group discussions, reflective exercises and meaningful journal-writing practices, you will discover where core imbalances originate and how to re-integrate your spiritual energy with your emotions and your body’s desire to heal. You will find a deep heart connection from which you can enhance your healing response as you take hold of your life in a new way.
Through this program, you will:
- Trust your own deep knowing of yourself and recognize the difference between your authentic voice and your critical one.
- Experience practices that facilitate the connection of self and spirit and how that connection makes healing easier and more complete.
- Re-discover your creative potential which brings greater meaning to your life as you choose the ways you will use your time, energy and talent.
- Gain greater confidence and self-assurance in realizing the necessity of taking time for your own needs in order to heal.
- Learn to respond differently to the challenging people in your life.
- Enhance the energy of self-love and learn how to integrate it into your body for nourishment.
- Open yourself to joy and purpose by allowing a new season of your life to unfold.
Each workshop is facilitated by a graduate of the Stillpoint School of Integrative Life Healing who has had specialized training in the WMTBC program.
