The teachings of Dr. Meredith L. Young-Sowers and her 25 year mission to awaken in people their own internal and intuitive connection with Source are at the heart of the Stillpoint Foundation.

Stillpoint, although an organization, is nonetheless a living and breathing entity and it has changed over the years as it has been structured around Meredith’s work. Stillpoint began in 1983 as a publishing company committed to bringing books to the public that were from all the best spiritual thinkers of the time. The cornerstone of the book line was Meredith’s Agartha: A Journey to the Stars.

As the vision grew beyond just books to events and opportunities to meet with Meredith, the Publishing company added the Stillpoint Institute. The main focus was to include a school where Meredith could teach others how to use The Stillpoint Model of Integrative Life Healing. The School is celebrating 10 years in 2007.

In 2000 Meredith and Errol began to envision an even bigger, deeper commitment to offering Meredith’s teachings in a variety of ways that would be available to all who wanted to open their hearts to living a spiritual life. They incorporated the Institute and School into the Stillpoint Foundation, a non-profit entity whose mission and vision guide us all. They also decided to not publish any additional books (Meredith’s works are now being handled by New World Library) and focus all attention and resources on the core heart-centered mission of Stillpoint. The Stillpoint Foundation established in 2000 is a non-profit 501 C(3) and is located in the beautiful hills of Southern New Hampshire.
