The Teachings

Meredith offers her current insights and guidance in the form of monthly teachings she calls Connections. If you are serious about learning to live a spiritual life daily amidst the challenges and joys, then these teachings can give you important lessons to contemplate. As a guide, Meredith is honest, real about the challenges that she faces living a life as a wife, mother, business woman, and spiritual teacher. These are lessons we all need to consider, that can give you things to think about, and ways to incorporate your spiritual practice into your daily life.
