"Taking care of yourself means giving your own needs as much consideration as you do those of others."
-Meredith Young-Sowers, D. Div.

The Stillpoint Foundation’s Women Moving Through Breast Cancer program offers each woman a loving, gentle and empowering way to help re-frame her current circumstances. The program is based on the Stillpoint Model of Integrative Life Healing created by Meredith Young-Sowers, D. Div., and has been designed specifically to assist women challenged by a diagnosis of breast cancer.
The program’s mission is to help each woman understand the health connection between her body, mind and spirit that enables her to move forward with her life, centered in her heart wisdom.
The program is offered as a series of eight weekly small group discussions, reflective exercises, and meaningful journal-writing practices. Each woman will discover where core imbalances originate and how to re-integrate her spiritual energy with her emotions and her body’s desire to heal, and ultimately to find her own deep-heart connection so she can enhance her healing response as she takes hold of her life in a new way.
All program facilitators are graduates of the Accredited Stillpoint School of Integrative Life Healing and receive additional Master Teacher Training in the Women Moving Through Breast Cancer program from Dr. Young-Sowers.
