Connections - The CD Version

Connections: the monthly Spiritual “conversation” with Meredith is at the center of her Teachings. Each month the topic is explored in three parts:

• Part 1: The Teaching: in which she will introduce a new spiritual idea             or question.
• Part 2: The Implementation: in an expanded dialogue, she will guide             you to a deeper understanding of the teaching.
• Part 3: The Contemplation: she will guide you through a quiet time             that you can use as often as daily to internalize each month’s             teaching.

The subject matter varies and is always designed to help you explore the issues surrounding living a Spirit filled life.
