A Stillpoint Foundation Global Initiative |
By joining a Point of Stillness Circle you can be a vital force for change in your life and in the world.
What is the purpose of a Point of Stillness Circle?
A Circle brings together those who are committed to learn, grow and deepen their connection to The One Source, the point of stillness within, through discussion and study of universal spiritual teachings. Then, as these teachings are applied, the benefits of living in alignment with them, both personally and as a global family, are realized.
How does a Circle work?
Each Circle promotes an atmosphere of acceptance and compassion for all people. We set aside personal fears, worries, needs and preoccupations to open our "deep heart" to The One Source. When love replaces fear we have greater possibilities to birth and nourish our needs.
A Circle lasts a minimum of an hour and not more than 1½ hours. Circles vary from 5 to 12 members. We meet once a month at a time and place chosen by the Circle members. A leader facilitates and manages the Circle.
Is there a structure?
Point of Stillness Circles are forming nationally and internationally. Meredith Young-Sowers, D. Div., Executive Director and co-founder of the Stillpoint Foundation in Walpole, N.H., oversees the Circles. The Circles are not intended to be political, social or confrontational. Monthly topics are presented in the "At The Still Point" newsletter by Meredith to create consistency and continuity in raising our energy to a powerful global force.
Is there a Cost?
No, only your commitment to promote love and peace in the world.
